Taking Determined Steps towards becoming who you are meant to be is not easy. It will challenge you and cause you to dig deep. But ooohhh so worth it!  For years outwardly I looked like I had the dream life but it was really a nightmare. I was sad, ashamed and broken behind a well fitted invisible mask. A mask that was weighed more than the world I carried on my shoulders.

As many of the women I serve, I am a trauma survivor. I found myself in a very low place because I had become what everyone wanted me to be but not stepping fully into who I was destined to be. I was not in alignment and silently crying for help feeling spiritually lost and physically ignored because I looked like I had it all together. My internal silent cry lasted longer than I expected because everyone focused on the person standing before them but never tuned in enough to hear the silent cry filled with shame, regret, self-hatred, pain, and brokenness. 

In August 2017, my life drastically changed forcing me to make a choice to live or die. While in one of the worst transitions of my life. I was introduced to coaching where transformation and freedom was once again revealed in my life. It was then I made a decision to became a certified Christian Life coach and I vowed to help as many women as I who felt like I did.

Since then, I have taking Determined Steps to be the best version of myself. I now walk with a deeper understanding who I am in the Lord which helps me understand who I am meant to be.  I would love to walk with you so you can experience a life-changing healing and transformation.
